Terms & Conditions
Below are all the details you require regarding Payment / Travel / Performance and Accommodation.
Payment Details:

  • The performance fee is inclusive of all tax.

  • For all Bank payments made, TDS must be deducted as per the  laws of Government of India & certificate must be sent within 30(thirty) days of the receipt of final payment.

  • 50% advance payable via DD or Bank transfer (details will be provided when required) in favor of "Barsha Sarkar".

  • The advance must be sent out upon confirmation of the show in order to confirm the date with me.

  • Advance and An Offer Letter on your company letterhead to be couriered or scanned & e-mailed to dj_varsha@ymail.com to confirm the date of your gig.

  • The balance 50% must be made payable 1 days prior or on arrival.

  • In case of Non-Registered Event management company 100% payment to be made in advance.

Please Note : DJ Varsha will not depart for the gig or decline to Perform unless full payment is received. The advance will be forfeited. ​

Promotion of event can only be started after 50% of advance and both way return flight tickets are provided

​

​All air travel, Local travel, Food and Beverage, Accommodation and Hospitality expenses will be paid by the Client or event manager.

Air travel:

Confirmed Returned Air ticket must be sent to me.  (Passenger details and flight preferences will be given on confirmation of the show)


Please Note : On routes where flights are regularly Cancelled and Delayed please arrange to fly down a day before the gig (eve fit) to avoid any potential disasters.


Important : The organizer & representative of the organization must accompany DJ Varsha in vehicle from airport - hotel - venue - hotel - airport.

Accommodation:

  • DJ Varsha will require at least 4 star accommodation.

  • Organizer MUST be at the hotel to facilitate a smooth check in & check out for DJ Varsha.

  • All F&B, including hotel restaurants, Room Services in rooms, non alcoholic beverages must be taken care of by the Clint or event manager, EXCEPT alcohol, tobacco & out station phone calls. 

Console requirement: 

  • Pioneer CDJ 900 NXS or above.

  • Pioneer DJM 900 NXM2 mixer or above.

Please Note : Performance Duration of DJ Varsha will not be more than 2 hours.

Licenses :

The Organizer must obtain all the necessary licenses, and permissions required for the show. the artist will not be held liable & must be indemnified & protected by the organizer in the event that any situation may arise during the given performance period. Licence include police / fire / sound etc.. & whatever necessary.
